GRILLED BALSAMIC ZUCCHINI RECIPE

This zucchini is so tasty, you’ll forget it’s good for you. The smoke from the Grilla Grill adds a new dimension of flavor while the punch of the vinegar takes it up a notch. With zucchini this good, you’ll be grilling vegetables every night.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 zucchinis, quartered lengthwise into planks
  • 2 TB olive oil
  • 1 TB Grilla AP Rub
  • 2 TB balsamic vinegar

DIRECTIONS


Preheat any Grilla Grill to 300 degrees, using a Grilla or Silverbac for maximum wood pellet smoke. Brush the zucchini with olive oil and dust with rub, careful not to over-season.
Place the planks on your Grilla, Silverbac, or Kong. Make sure they’re perpendicular to the gaps in the grates, so they don’t fall through. Cook 5 to 6 minutes per side.
Drizzle with the tasty balsamic vinegar before serving.
