Apple Cider Injected Pork Tenderloin
Pork and apples have been a sensational combination for centuries, so” if it ain’t broken, don’t fix it”; inject it instead! This recipe is super easy, fun to prepare, and delivers a 1-2-3 punch to your family’s taste buds every time. Give this one a go, you will be happy that you did. ENJOY!
- 2 pork tenderloins, sliver skin removed
- 6 oz. apple cider injection solution (recipe provided at grillagrills.com)
- 4 tablespoons of Grilla Grills All Purpose Rub
Preheat your smoker to 225 degrees.
Pull your tenderloins out of the refrigerator and bring to room temperature.
Season the tenderloins, liberally, on the outside with the all purpose rub.
Fill your meat injector with the solution and gently inject the meat on both ends and in the middle
Place the meat on the smoker for 1-1.5 hours or until you have internal temperature of 165 degrees.
Pull the tenderloin and let rest for 10 minutes and slice against the grain.
