Beer Can Chicken


  • 1 three to five pound Chicken
  • Olive Oil
  • Grilla Grills What Da Cluck Rub
  • 1 can of Beer, half full


– Preheat your Grilla Grill to 350
– Rub the outside of the chicken with olive oil
– Apply a generous amount of rub to the outside of the chicken and inside of the cavity
– Place the beer in the cavity of the chicken and stand upright in the smoker
– Cook for 60-75 minutes or until the internal temp hits 165 degrees
