Dehydrated Kiwi Flakes
As always here at Grilla Grills we put everything on our smokers, even the fruit! This very easy recipe can be extremely versatile and even used to make a healthy snack for long road trips. So get your munchies on with Grilla Grills dehydrated kiwi!
- 8 kiwi, peeled and cut into 1/8 inch rounds
Preheat your grill to 180 degrees.
Place the prepared kiwi rounds on your jerky rack and smoke for 5-6 hours, or until dry and crisp.
Place dried kiwi in a food processor and pulse 6-7 times.
HINT: If you want to make kiwi chips for a snack, skip the last step of this recipe and smoke at least an hour less than called for above.
