Gold 'N' Bold Tailgate Chicken Skewers
These delicious chicken skewers make the perfect mid-afternoon snack during a barbecue or tailgate and are sure to leave your friends and family begging for more.
After your chicken has been cubed add your dry ingredients. If you want a spicier end product, use more curry powder. If spice is not your thing, feel free to omit it entirely. Toss until thoroughly coated.
Next, add the Gold ‘N’ Bold Sauce, and mix until chicken is coated.
Set this aside in the refrigerator. The colder the chicken is, the easier it is to slide on the skewers.
Once your chicken is skewered, preheat your Grilla Grill to 350 degrees. Make sure to take your time when threading the chicken and space the pieces evenly.
Cook at 350 for roughly 12-15 minutes or until chicken reaches personal preference of doneness. Must reach an internal temperature of at least 160 degrees Fahrenheit.
Once the chicken is almost to your target temp, feel free to brush on an additional layer of Gold ‘N’ Bold sauce if you’d like an extra kick of flavor.
