Preheat your smoker to 250 degrees. Next, grab your meat and liberally season the chicken with the Grill Grills What Da Cluck seasoning. If you’d like, you can use the optional oil or mustard here as a binder.
Now it’s time to put it on the grill. Smoke your seasoned chicken until you have an internal temp of 165 degrees. This will take roughly 2 hours, but like we always say, cook to temp, not time.
