Grilled Peach and Bourbon Slushy
Nothing says, “Southern Belle” more than peaches and bourbon whiskey. This drink is fun to make and you even get to fire up the grill! So give this delicious recipe and go, and you will not be disappointed!
- 2 cups of sweet ice tea
- 2 peaches, cored and peeled
- 1/3 cup fresh mint
- 1/3 cup bourbon
- 1 cup ice
Fire up your grill to medium heat and grill the peaches for 7-10 minutes, or until you have a nice char; set aside to cool to room temperature.
In a blender, combine the grilled peaches with the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
TIP: To make this drink without alcohol, simply omit the bourbon and add 1/3 cup of water.
