Grilled Tomahawk Ribeye


  • 1 two-inch-thick Tomahawk Ribeye Steak
  • Kosher Salt, to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper, to taste


  • Take the steak out of the frig and let stand at room temperature for one hour
  • Generously season both sides with salt and pepper
  • Grills for 8-10 minutes on each side for medium rare
  • Let rest for fifteen minutes
  • ENJOY!!!
