Homemade Jalepeno Poppers

You’ve had them at bars and restaurants, but now you can make them at home even better. This is going to be a recipe that you kick yourself for not trying earlier. While you know how easy it was to make these, your friends are going to think you became an appetizer king overnight.

  • 12 oz Cream Cheese
  • Grilla All Purpose Rub
  • Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese

  • 16 Jalepeno
  • 1 lb. Bacon

Preheat your Grilla Grill to 180 degrees. Combine the cream cheese, pepper jack cheese, and the dry rub. Spoon cheese mixture into the sliced jalapenos.

Wrap the cheese-stuffed Jalapenos in bacon and secure with a toothpick. Place the stuffed/bacon wrapped peppers on a sheet pan, or on our Jalepeno Popper Rack and place in the Grilla Grill for 30 minutes. Increase the grill temp to 375 degrees and cook for another 30 minutes.

Remove from grill and ENJOY!
