Grilla Grills Homemade Steak Sauce
- 1/3 C. Water
- 1/2 C. Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/4 C. Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/4 C. Ketchup
- 1/4 C. Dijon Mustard
- 1/4 C. Golden Raisins
- 1/2 Tsp. Celery Seed
- 1/2 Tsp. Kosher Salt
- 1/4 Tsp. Black Pepper
- 1/2 Tbsp. Chili Sauce
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- 1/8 Yellow Onion
- 1/2 Large Orange
Add all ingredients (except the orange) to a small pot.
Cut orange in half and squeeze it into the mixture and then place them in the pot.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
Grab a bowl and a mesh strainer and put the mixture into the strainer (you don’t want the big pieces or anything – you want a smooth liquid).
Allow to cool and pour into a clean bottle or air-tight container.
Store in fridge.
