Louisiana Hot Sauce
We here at Grilla Grills love to sauce things up, and it does not always have to be BBQ sauce! This extremely easy recipe for Louisiana hot sauce will not disappoint and it will last for months once it is made. SO, get your Cajun on and give this one a shot! ENJOY!
- 1 pound chili peppers, chopped (Tabasco peppers are recommended)
- 2 cups white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon salt
In a medium sauce pan, combine all the the ingredients and bring to a boil.
Reduce to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes.
Remove from the heat and let stand until the mixture comes to room temperature.
Puree the mixture in a food processor or blender.
Strain the sauce and it is ready for immediate use.
