Mushroom Infused Whiskey

  • One 750mL bottle of good quality whiskey
  • 1.5 oz. dried mushrooms
  • 6 sprigs of fresh thyme


In a glass container combine all the ingredients, making sure that the thyme and mushrooms are fully submerged in the whiskey.

Let stand, at room temperature, for at least 48 hours.

Strain the mushrooms and thyme from the whiskey and discard; return the infused whiskey to its original bottle
