Smoked Bacon. Egg, and Cheese Cups
Here at Grilla Grills, we love all things easy when we are out camping, entertaining guests, or just want to throw together a quick breakfast. This tasty recipe will have a great breakfast out to your friends and family in no time, and you can even prep it for the smoker the night before. ENJOY!
- 10 eggs, gently beaten
- 8 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 1 can crescent rolls
- 1 tablespoon dried Italian seasoning
- Kosher salt, to taste
- Ground black pepper, to taste
Preheat your smoker to 375 degrees.
In a large muffin tray spray each tray with cooking spray.
Open the crescent roll can and separate the sections into pieces that fit inside each individual muffin tray.
Firmly press the crescent roll pieces into each individual tray to cover the sides and bottom.
In a large mixing bowl combine the remaining ingredients and mix well to form a batter.
Fill each muffin tray 3/4 of the way to the top with batter.
Place the tray into the smoker for and cook for 30 minutes.
Remove and let sit for 5 minutes.
