Smoked Bacon Wrapped Shrimp
What is better than smoked shrimp for an appetizer? Well, smoked shrimp with bacon of course!!! This recipe is crazy easy, super fun, and guaranteed to be a smash hit. So, give it a go and ENJOY!!!
- 2 pounds raw shrimp (16-20 per pound size)
- 1 pound bacon
- Grilla Grills Thick and Bold BBQ sauce
- Wooden toothpicks
Preheat your smoker to 225 degrees.
Cook the bacon for three minutes on each side, or until cooked half way through.
Cut the rendered bacon strips in halves.
Wrap each shrimp with one half strip of bacon.
Place the wrapped shrimp into the smoker and cook for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, drizzle the shrimp with BBQ sauce and smoke for an additional 10 minutes.
Remove the shrimp from the smoker, and skewer each one with a toothpick.
Serve and ENJOY!
