Smoked Brussels Sprouts

Question: What do you call a kid from Belgium?

Answer: A Brussel Sprout!

OK jokes aside, this recipe is easy to make and works perfectly with most meats; especially pork. Try this one out and you will not be disappointed. ENJOY!


  • 1 pound brussels sprouts, trimmed and cut in half
  • 1/8 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • Kosher salt, to taste
  • Ground black pepper, to taste


Preheat your smoker to 250 degrees.

In a medium bowl toss the brussels sprouts with the olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper to evenly coat.

Spread the seasoned sprouts out onto a sheet tray and place in the smoker for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Remove from smoker and ENJOY!
