Smoked Chicken Leg Quarters

Sometimes there is nothing better than having a recipe that is simple, yet delicious, and knowing that everyone will love it at the dinner table. This smoked chicken is just that, as it takes no time to prep and you can literally set you watch by when to pull it off the smoker. SO, give this one a try and enjoy!


  • 6 chicken leg quarters
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup Grilla Grills "What the Cluck" Rub


Preheat your smoker to 250 degrees.

Apply the oil to the chicken legs and coat all sides evenly.

Generously season the chicken with the spice rub and coat, evenly, on all sides.

Place your seasoned chicken in the smoker and cook for 1.5-2 hours or until you reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees.

Remove from smoker and let rest for 15 minutes.
