Smoked Devil Eggs
Deviled eggs are always a party favorite but when you throw a little smoked in the mix, they become the star of the show. This recipe is destined to be a crowd pleaser as it takes an old classic and throws into the next level. Give it a try and ENJOY!
- 12 boiled eggs, peeled
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons Grilla Grills A.P. Rub
- 3 tablespoons dill relish
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
Preheat your smoker to 180 degrees.
Smoke the boiled eggs, whole, for thirty minutes.
Remove from smoker, let cool, and cut into halves.
In a medium mixing bowl, scoop out the cooked egg yolks and set the whites aside.
Add the remaining ingredients to the eggs yolks and mix thoroughly.
Scoop the egg yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
Serve immediately or store, covered, in the refrigerator.
TIP: Pickled jalapeños work as a great garnish for this dish!
