Smoked Pork Loin
Smoked pork loin is one of the most versatile meats out there because you can literally serve with any side dish and it is easy to make. If you follow this very straightforward recipe, then you will have an instant crown pleaser in a very short amount of time. So go get your pork on and ENJOY!
- 1 whole pork loin
- 2 quarts basic brine (recipe at grillagrills.com)
- 1/4 cup Grilla Grills All Purpose dry rub
Preheat your smoker to 225 degrees.
Trim any excess fat from your pork loin.
Submerge your pork loin in the brine, cover, and let stand for 6-12 hours under refrigeration.
Remove from the brine, rinse the loin under cold water, and pat dry.
Generously season the pork on all sides with the A.P. rub.
Place the seasoned loin on the smoker and cook until you have an internal temperature of 145 degrees.
Remove from the smoker and let rest for 30 minutes. ( NOTE: This step is crucial!)
Slice, serve and ENJOY!!!
