Smoked Potato Wedges
Potatoes, in any form, serve as the perfect accompaniment to so many meals and this recipe is no different. In true Grilla Grills fashion, we take this classic dish and jazz it up with a little smoke! So the next time that potatoes are on the menu, “own the smoke”, and make some delicious potato wedges!
- 5-6 russet potatoes, rinsed and cut into wedges
- 1/8 cup canola oil
- Kosher salt, to taste
- Ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
Preheat your smoker to 275 degrees.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and toss to evenly coat.
Place the potatoes in the smoker and cook for 1-1.5 hours, or until golden brown.
