What is better than steak, you ask; well marinated steak, of course! We here at Grilla Grills fully acknowledge that a great steak does not need too much more than kosher salt and pepper, but sometimes you have to jazz things up a bit. This marinade works great on any cut of beef that you may choose and it takes no time to throw it all together. Enjoy Grilla Grills nation!
- 1/3 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/8 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 small onion, sliced
- Juice of one lemon
- 1/8 cup Worcestershire sauce
Combine all ingredients, except the garlic and onions, in a glass bowl and whisk until fully incorporated. Add onion and garlic and the marinade is ready for immediate use.
Marinate meat for at least 4 hours.
