In all my years, I can never recall being put in touch with the President or COO of a company even when I was upset about something; let alone wanting to ask questions. Mark came on the phone and treated me as though I was your first and most important call of the day. I was especially impressed when Mark basically talked me out of spending an additional $100 plus for an accessory which you felt was superfluous. As you told me, I could buy the thing later, if I really felt I needed it. I have never worked with a company who treats their customers as “family” as the way yours does. From my first phone call to the delivery driver, I have felt Grilla Grills valued my business. More importantly, I feel I am thought of as a person and not just another sale.
